The Morobe Adventist Students Association (MOASA) is gearing up for its 5th Biennial Convention with a week-long, community-focused pre-convention outreach across the Markham 1 and Markham 2 districts.

In an inspiring show of unity and service, five District Adventist Students Associations (DASA) — representing secondary schools across Morobe Province and tertiary institutions nationwide — mobilized to support five villages as part of a Total Member Involvement (TMI) campaign.

Students engaged in building and maintenance work, distributed essential goods, and connected with residents of Intuap, Marawasa, Ramu, Ragiampun, and Zumangurum villages. The outreach also featured nightly evangelistic meetings, which brought spiritual encouragement to the communities throughout the week.

This coordinated mission serves as the official pre-convention program ahead of MOASA’s 5th Biennial Convention, scheduled to take place at Mampin Village in Markham 1 District from December 19 to 24.

In a meaningful gesture of support and collaboration, the Morobe Adventist Students Association (MOASA) presented copies of the “Great Controversy” book to students at Markham Valley Adventist students on the Sabbath of August 3rd. The event, held at the school chapel, was marked by a sense of joy and anticipation as students received their books—a first-time donation from MOASA.
