International Speaker and Pastor Garry Kent visits remote district of Morobe Mission

International speaker and pastor Garry Kent visits the remote Anga district of Morobe Mission in Menyamya over the weekend. His visit was purposely to visit and film the mummified bodies at Aseki after finishing off from a big evangelistic campaign at Port Moresby last week.

He has given the opportunity to the people of Menyamya to fellowship together with him as he shares the word of God with them over the three nights from Friday till Sunday. People flocked in from all over the district to worship with Pastor Kent and his team and to listen to him preach the word of God.

We are really blessed to have such a visitor to our district who could come to our level and to speak to us and to pray to us personally,” stated the Local Level Government President of Kome in Menyamya Jeffery Tobias. “We haven’t spent any money to bring him here but it is providentially by God’s grace that we can have pastor Kent with us,” he added.

The short weekend program ended on Monday morning as pastor Garry Kent and his team bade the locals good bye and left for Port Moresby.
